This is a quick note to notify you of upcoming downtime for the Management UI, Management API, Reporting API and Catalog ingestion.
The Management UI, Management API, Reporting API and Catalog ingestion will be down for maintenance on Sunday 19th April, 2026 from 10:00am - 12:00pm ET (2:00pm - 4:00pm UTC).
Ad serving will be unaffected by this downtime.
Please note:
- Save any changes prior to the maintenance window in order to avoid losing your work.
During this maintenance period:
- Ad serving and the Decision API will be unaffected.
- Users will be unable to login to Management UI and Kevel Console.
- API calls to the Management API will result in errors.
- Customers will not be able to upload product feeds to the Catalog system.
- New reports will not be able to be created.
