This is a quick note to notify you of upcoming downtime for the Kevel UI, Management API and Catalog ingestion.
The Kevel UI, Management API and Catalog ingestion will be down for maintenance on Sunday July 27th, 2025 from 10:00am - 12:00pm EDT (2:00pm - 4:00pm GMT/UTC). Ad serving will be unaffected by this downtime.
Please note: - Save any changes prior to the maintenance window in order to avoid losing your work.
During this maintenance period: - Users will be unable to load or save changes in the Kevel UI. - API calls to the Management API will result in errors. - Ad serving and the Decision API will be unaffected. - Customers will not be able to upload product feeds to the Catalog system during this time
