Elevated Decision API error rates in us-west-2

There was a brief period of elevated Decision API error rates for customers hosted on AWS region us-west-2. This occurred between 21:50 UTC and 22:15 UTC. We have identified the problem and implemented a fix. Decision API is once again working as expected across all regions.
