We identified an issue with our ad publication & balancing systems starting March 12 at 19:00 UTC. This was resolved at 19:40 UTC for 'us-east' ad servers, and 20:17 UTC for servers in other regions. Some customers may have experienced delay in new ads serving, as well as over or under delivery of existing ads during this time frame.
